Your responsibilities :
delivering of small molecules or biological molecules into nanoparticle formulations,
developing novel drug delivery systems to optimize safety and performances through composition and process optimization,
developing novel in vitro and in vivo assays for evaluating functionality, targeting efficiency and potency of novel delivery modalities for multiple routes of administration,
serving as formulation lead in multidisciplinary project teams,
developing stable and bioavailable formulations for different stages of development.
Our requirements :
MS with 3+ years, or PhD Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, biology or other related scientific discipline,
experience with liposome / lipid nanoparticle formation, development and characterization
experience in the development in vitro assay for transfection,
hands on experience with encapsulating small molecules and / or biological (RNA, DNA) molecules in lipids nanoparticles,
good understanding of drug delivery system,
good knowledge of lipid chemistry and biophysics,
outstanding interpersonal skills and established collaborative working habits,
excellent oral and written communication skills,
self-motivator with an ability to lead the project,
experience drafting formulation procedures, standard operating procedures and other regulatory documents,
proficiency in literature search and knowledge of cGMP regulations is a strong plus.
Optional :
experience in biotech or pharma industry,
good knowledge of liposomes preparation technique, experience with Ethanol injection method,
such as microfluidics system.
