Dominik Lipka

PhD in biotechnology with a specialization in nanobiotechnology at the Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Wrocław, in the Department of Lipids and Liposomes, where he was engaged, among others, in development of new liposome formulations containing anticancer drugs together with substances of natural origin. He defended his doctoral thesis entitled “New liposome formulations of antibiotics from the anthracycline group”. During his doctorate he started to work for one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Poland PPF Hasco-Lek SA as a technologist where he was responsible for the development and implementation of new medicinal products, dietary supplements and cosmetics. Then he continued his professional career at Bowil Biotech. Since 2015 he has been working at Synthos SA where he leads the R&D department of Synthos CARE. After the transformation of Synthos CARE into SyVento, he took the position of Director of R&D department and since November 2021 he is a Member of the Board – Director of R&D.
