SyVento BioTech will join DefenceTech Cluster and its partners during MSPO 2026 in Kielce, one of the key defence and security industry events in Central and Eastern Europe.
On 10 September 2026, representatives of industry, technology, public administration, research organisations and the defence ecosystem will meet at Targi Kielce to discuss how innovation, available funding instruments and cross-sector cooperation can translate into practical solutions supporting security and resilience.

Today, security also means the ability to respond rapidly to health emergencies, biological threats, disruptions in global supply chains and sudden demand for critical medicines and advanced therapeutic technologies. Recent global events have demonstrated how essential local technological capabilities, manufacturing capacity and resilient supply chains can be in times of crisis.
Biotechnology as a dual-use capability
Biotechnology can play an important role in strengthening this preparedness.
Capabilities developed for advanced pharmaceutical applications can also support broader national and European resilience. In this context, dual-use technologies are not limited to hardware, electronics or defence systems. They can also include biotechnology platforms, manufacturing infrastructure and scientific know-how that may contribute to both civilian healthcare and emergency-response capabilities.
SyVento BioTech brings expertise and infrastructure across mRNA technologies, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and GMP manufacturing, including the development, scale-up and manufacture of advanced therapeutics.
These capabilities can support the development of innovative medicines under normal conditions, while also creating technological and manufacturing capacity that may become strategically important when rapid response, local production or accelerated scale-up is required.
