Job description:
- managing the production department, ensuring work organization, responsibility for training, safety, quality, timeliness and implementation of the production plan,
- planning, controlling and the course of production,
- control of the work of subordinate employees,
- analysis and settlement of orders and production
- close cooperation with the R&D department in the process of technology transfer
- optimization of production processes with reduction of errors
Requirements:
- university, pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnological or related education,
- minimum 2 years of work experience to set up a production company to develop the production of sterile drugs or biological drugs
- experience in working in sterile conditions
- knowledge of GMP rules
- knowledge of how to technique. Three biomolecules such FF, chromatography will be a plus
- analytical skills and technical sense,
- effect, presentation for the implementation of the assumed goals,
