Job description
- creation, development and active sale of services and products based on LNP and mRNA technologies
- market analysis in search of opportunities to develop the company’s product portfolio
- cooperation with big pharma, biotechnology companies, start-ups and academic institutions
- establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- company representation at scientific conferences, industry events and partner meetings with pharmaceutical companies
- conducting development projects and projects co-financed from EU funds, etc.
- ongoing analysis and proposing solutions to improve the project management process
Requirements
- min. 5 years of experience in direct contact with B2B clients on the pharmaceutical or biotechnology market at the regional or global level, including participation in international partnering conferences
- min. 5 years of experience in innovative Life Science projects
- higher education: biotechnology or related fields of study
- very good command of the English language (minimum B2 level)
- good organization of work and determination in achieving the set goals
- communicativeness and independence
- ability to prepare reports and recommendations
- creativity and readiness to act
- willingness to travel abroad 20% of the time per year
- knowledge of sales using the Sandler method (Sandler Selling System) is welcome
