Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Managing projects from concept to execution – in line with the schedule, scope, and budget
- Collaborating with key departments (including R&D, Procurement, Production, Business Development) to effectively implement projects
- Building and coordinating project teams – assigning roles, tasks, and priorities
- Identifying and managing risks, challenges, and stakeholder communication
- Monitoring progress, reporting statuses, and ensuring quality of execution
- Implementing and developing project management standards
- Preparing and updating project documentation
- Supporting the implementation and settlement of publicly funded projects
- Understanding and applying data protection regulations (GDPR) in day-to-day project work
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Higher education in life sciences or a related field
- Very good command of English (minimum level B2)
- Ability to develop and implement project management strategies tailored to the type and specifics of the project
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Business maturity and ease in building relationships with senior management and external partners
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and changing environment, with a flexible approach to task execution
