We are looking for a dynamic professional who will take the reins of managing our sales team. The key responsibilities include:
• Leading strategic partnerships with top pharmaceutical and biotech companies, start-ups, and research institutions.
• Conducting regular market analyses to identify new business development opportunities.
• Promoting our services and products based on LNP and mRNA technologies.
• Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Representing SyVento BioTech at scientific conferences, industry events, and partner meetings.
• Directing development projects, including those co-financed by EU funds.
• Continually reviewing and proposing improvements for our project management process.
• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech market at a regional or global level, including participation in international conferences.
• Minimum 3 years’ involvement in innovative Life Science projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biotechnology or related fields.
• Postgraduate qualifications in management, marketing, sales, or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in English for seamless business communication with international clients.
• Strong organizational skills and determination to achieve objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster lasting relationships and work independently.
• Willingness to travel abroad at least 30% of the time.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations for the management board.
